Woohoo for me! My first week of being "on track" (even though I don't start Curves till Tuesday) and I've lost 4.3 lbs! That's a HUGE weekly loss for me. I credit my crazy schedule and my new favorite place to go shopping, the DeKalb Farmer's Market. Hooray for fresh food and lost pounds! I'm looking forward to seeing what will happen next week, when I add in Curves and my treadmill routine for fivehundred.

I love to watch the numbers falling. People say focusing on the numbers is bad, that it does more harm than good. But why? If the numbers go up, they go up. All I can do is change my habits and try a new approach. It's MY body, no one else's, and up to ME to make the change. And I love seeing falling numbers.
