Oh oh oh. I had to go to the doctor for an ear infection, you know, because my job is SO DANGEROUS like that. People getting ear infections left and right.
Anyway, the last time I saw the doctor was when I started Curves, in July. My blood pressure was 120/80 (my body likes round numbers) and they had to use the BIG CUFF.
Big cuff, how I detest you.
This time, they used the SMALL CUFF - and it fit perfect! No problems! And my blood pressure has dropped to 102/60. I am so healthy for a fat person, it's disgusting.
Exercise. Who knew?
