Listing my sins

Okay at the barbecue I ate:
- 3 chicken wings (accidentally dropped one in a vat of bbq sauce, ew)
- hot dog with ketchup, mustard, and onion
- half corn on the cob
- 1/3 cup potato salad
- fresh fruit: watermelon, canteloupe, pineapple, red grapes
- red, white, and blue cupcake
- red, white, and blue popsicle
- many cups of unsweetened iced tea
That was about 4pm and all I had really eaten during the entire day. So I don't think I did too badly!
If you can't have a guilt-free "off" day every once in awhile, what sense is there in wanting to be happy? I am taking very careful steps not to associate food with guilt.
Here's to another 10 lb loss this month!
